Training today.
One conclusion, and that is ...
My shooting is gettin worse!

Even the coach say so.

My hands are just getting so 'disobedient'
The ball just go anywhere..
Was getting so fed up that I screamed!
Okays, i noe it wont help
But juz cant stand it anymore lers.

But the coach say my stamina improve alot.
Say i run faster den before lers

It's still abt the same~

Then the coach was pointing everyones mistakes after training
Was laughin like madd`` !
hAhas, i dun tink i can explain clearly by writing it here.
But it was really so funni lorx

Then i was playing wif the shadow during the break.
hahAs, lame lehx
I was playing wif the lamp post shadow.
I hid behind it den the shadow became my head, then veri big..
So i was there doing all sorts of funny actions.
All of them were there laughing madly ~

wOos~ was watching wqyl juz now
Then got one 56 news,
they were recording a new song for their new drama
The song name is call "Kao Yan"
Very nice ehs.
